Potetomelett eller tortilla kan spises som selvstendig rett, til f.eks. lunsj, eller du kan servere den til tapas.
2-3 raw potatoes
4 tablespoons cream
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
100 g grated cheese
10 mini tomatoes, divided into two
Start by slicing onions and raw potatoes. Fry it on a low heat in olive oil until the potatoes are cooked through. Turn the mixture occasionally so it doesn't burn.
Whisk together eggs, cream (you can use milk or water), garlic, salt and pepper and pour it over the potato mixture.
Put the lid on and leave it for a few minutes to harden a little, before sprinkling on the grated cheese and tomatoes.
Put the lid back on and leave it on a low heat until the tortilla has hardened and the cheese has melted.
