Pasta with chicken in cream and pesto sauce with crispy Parma ham is a decent and tasty dish in a hectic everyday life.
1 packet of parma ham is placed over baking paper at 100 degrees in the oven until it becomes crispy and crushed into small pieces.
4 chicken fillets in cubes
100 g sliced mushrooms
1 onion in strips
3 dl cream
1 egg,
1 dl homemade pesto (or 1 glass ready-made)
Salt and pepper
Parmesan
Brown chicken, mushrooms and onions in a little oil. Add cream, eggs and pesto and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Serve the pasta with the chicken sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and bacon and garnish with some fresh basil.
