Pizza quattro formaggi, or pizza with four cheeses, is one of the traditional Italian pizza varieties. I always eat it when I'm in Italy and think it can taste absolutely fantastic. Don't be alarmed if you don't like blue cheese. It becomes like a spice on the pizza. I often use blue cheese on other pizzas too, e.g. for minced meat or ham.

For the pizza sauce, I use 1 box of chopped tomatoes (preferably Mutti), 1 shredded onion, oregano, salt and pepper. Everything cooks until it becomes sweet.
The pizza is topped with four cheeses. e.g. gorgonzola, parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta. It tastes extra good if the cheese is well stored.
