This starter is quick and easy to make and tastes good of the East. If you do not like coriander, you can use parsley leaves.
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 limes, only the juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
300 g salma in small cubes
1 pot finely chopped coriander
1 mango in small cubes
1/2 cucumber into small cubes
Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, white wine vinegar, honey and brown sugar. Put the salmon in the mixture and let it marinate in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
When the salmon is marinated, mix it with finely chopped coriander, mango in small cubes and cucumber in small cubes.
I use a metal ring for the dish and decorate with a coriander leaf. It tastes good with a little crispy and here I have used grissini, which is a good, Italian biscuit.
