Salma with a little taste of the East is quick and easy to make and tastes good. If you don't like coriander, you can use parsley leaves.
2 ss soyasaus
2 lime, kun saften
1 ss sesamolje
2 ss hvitvinseddik
2 ss honning
1 mango i små terninger
2 ss brunt sukker
300 g salma i små terninger
1 potte finhakket koriander
1/2 agurk i små terninger
When the salmon is marinated, mix it with finely chopped coriander, mango in small cubes and cucumber in small cubes.
I use a metal ring for the device and garnish with a coriander leaf. It tastes good with a bit of crispiness to the salma with a bit of Eastern taste and here I have used grissini, which is a good Italian biscuit.
