Feta cheese steaks with tzatziki

Feta cheese steaks with tzatziki taste great with both oven-baked potatoes for dinner and as lunch in pita bread. This recipe is suitable for 4 people.

3 slices crumbled loff

2 dl water

800 g lamb dough or chop dough

2 egg

1 finely chopped red onion

3 ss tzatzikikrydder

2 ts pepper

2 finely chopped red peppers

1 dl finely chopped parsley

100 g diced feta cheese

Soak the fleece in water. Add minced meat, egg, red onion, tzatziki seasoning, pepper, red pepper, finely chopped parsley and feta cheese. Form the dough into steaks and fry them in butter in a frying pan until they get a nice color on both sides, before they are transferred to an ovenproof dish and refried at 225° for approx. 10 minutes.

Serve feta cheese steaks with tzatziki, oven-baked potatoes and salad. Or put the steaks in pita bread with tzatziki and salad as a lighter lunch dish.
