Guros stuffed baked potatoes

These potatoes taste good on their own, as a light evening dish, lunch dish or as a delicious accompaniment to meat dishes, such as beef.

6 baked potatoes

Slightly neutral oil

Salt and pepper

4 finely shredded spring onions

2 cm garlic from the tube

200 g fried bacon cubes

1 boks cream fraiche

1/2 dl cream

Well-aged grated cheese
Rinse and wash the baked potatoes and cut them lengthwise. Lay them with the cutting surface down, on a baking paper sprinkled with oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour. They are finished baking, when the insides are soft. Take out the entrails filled with a spoon and mix it with spring onion, garlic, bacon cubes, sour cream and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Put the filling back in the potato peels and sprinkle over grated cheese. Gratinate at 200 degrees for approx. 15 min, until the cheese is golden on top.
