Guros' stuffed baked potatoes taste great on their own, as a light evening meal, lunch dish or as a delicious accompaniment to meat dishes, such as steak.
6 baked potatoes
Slightly neutral oil
Salt and pepper
4 finely shredded spring onions
2 cm garlic from the tube
200 g fried bacon cubes
1 boks cream fraiche
1/2 dl cream
Well-aged grated cheese
Rinse and wash the baking potatoes and cut them lengthwise. Place them, cut side down, on baking paper drizzled with oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour. They are finished baking when the insides are soft. Take out the filling with a spoon and mix it with spring onions, garlic, bacon cubes, creme fraiche and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Put the filling back in the potato skins and sprinkle with grated cheese. Guros's stuffed baked potatoes are gratinated at 200 degrees for approx. 15 min, until the cheese is golden on top.
