Bruschetta is an Italian dish with crispy bread, smeared with garlic and olive oil. Add delicious tomato mixture, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the bread. It is easy to make and tastes lovely.
1 landbrød i skiver
1pk. små tomater delt i 4
1/2 slangeagurk i terninger
1 finhakket rødløk
1 paprika i terninger
Slightly finely chopped basil
Good olive oil
Viscous balsamic vinegar
The duck bread is brushed with olive oil and smeared with garlic from cloves on both sides. Place them in a hot pan until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
Mix tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, paprika and basil and place on top. I serve it with mozzarella, bacon, good olive oil and a viscous balsamic vinegar.
