Fruit dessert with vanilla cream and homemade chocolate crackers is practical when you have guests, as it can be made almost ready in advance and only sprinkled over the chocolate crackers when serving.
1 plate of optional chocolate. I have used Cappucino Organic from Vivani, which I found online
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 crushed wholemeal crispbread with herbs and sea salt from Sigdal Bakery
Slightly crushed, dried chili
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and crispbread. Season with chili. Pour the mixture over a baking sheet and let it cool, before dividing it into suitable pieces.
Place desired berries in a bowl. I have used blackberries, blueberries and half blue grapes. Mix the berries with vanilla cream and pour into portion forms. Sprinkle over the chocolate crackers and add mini marshmallows.
