The adult children at a 3-course dinner

The adult children at the 3-course dinner are always nice. There are no special considerations to take into account, since everyone has become quite omnivorous and there are also no allergies to take into account.


1/2 finely chopped pepper

200 g peeled shrimp

1 finely chopped spring onion

1 mango in small cubes

2 finely chopped, red chilies

1 lime, only the juice

1 handful of finely chopped coriander

Mix everything and divide into 4 portion forms.

Avocado cream:

1 avokado

1 lime, only the juice

2 teaspoons honey

2 tablespoons cream

Mix the ingredients into a smooth mass with a hand mixer, pour the mixture into a foam bottle and spray a little on top of each bowl. If you do not have spuma, you can apply the avocado cream with a tablespoon.

Sprinkle with a little crushed spelled and honey crispbread from Sigdal Bakery or something else crispy and good. Garnish with fresh coriander and a couple of chives.
