Crumble pie with berries and pistachios is both good and easy to make. It can also be made on the grill, but then you must use a form that can withstand it.
200 g raspberries
200 g blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons real vanilla sugar
80 g butter
80 g granulated sugar
40 g oatmeal
80 g of milk
40 g pistachios
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place raspberries and blueberries in an ovenproof dish. Mix in sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix butter, granulated sugar, flour, oatmeal, pistachios and cinnamon in a bowl. Use your hands and crumble all the ingredients together. Sprinkle the shortcrust pastry evenly over the berry filling.
Bake the crumb pie with blueberries, raspberries and pistachios in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. The pie is ready when the berries boil and the top is golden and crispy.
Serve crumble pie with blueberries, raspberries and pistachios with ice cream or custard.
