Oven-baked potato slices

This potato variety tastes good with dishes of both meat and fish.

Cut small potatoes into 1 cm thick slices. Put them in a refractory dish, which is sprinkled with neutral oil. Sprinkle over desired spices (everything from salt and pepper to various spices or dried herbs) Sprinkle more oil over the potatoes and mix well. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the potatoes are golden. Stir occasionally so they are cooked evenly.
