Root vegetables with potatoes, baked in the oven

This vegetable and potato dish is a winner with us. It is suitable for both meat and fish.

Peel and cut the desired root vegetables into cubes, about 2 x 2 cm. Divide potatoes into 2 x 2 cm. You do not need to peel them, if they are neat in the shell. Mix everything in a long pan, with olive oil, salt and pepper mix. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until they get a nice color.
