I have just been to the Gladmatfestivaen in Stavanger. It was, as always, a wonderful experience. The concept is lots of small stalls with food, where all the stalls must have at least one Gladmatrett for NOK 30. We who visit can taste around for a cheap money, and for those who want, it is possible to buy another glass of wine. You will find both Norwegian food and exciting dishes from other parts of the world.
Even if you do not get to taste these dishes, they are still a beautiful sight, I want to share with you.
If after this you feel like visiting Gladmat, it is possible in July, every year.
