Kje tastes great. I buy it from Slakter Eide in Lillesand. They sell their goods to Meny, so it is possible that you can order it at the meat counter there.
Since the meat is in a lovely marinade, no more seasoning is needed. Here I have put the bone in a little water in the long pan and set it at 100 degrees for 3 hours, before we put it on the grill for a few minutes, so that it gets a little colour.
Served with baked potato, divided in two, grilled corn on the cob and tarragon butter
