Pasta pillows with pancetta sauce

These delicious pasta pillows, filled with mushrooms, you can buy ready-made. If you can't buy pancetta, which is the Italian bacon, you can use small bacon. If you do not get the finished fox beetroot mix, you can grate carrots, beets and beets yourself. This recipe is suitable for 4 people.

Sauce:

2 finely chopped onions

200 g pancetta in small cubes

1 pk fox beetroot mix (available at the vegetable counter)

1 bottle or 2 cans of chopped tomatoes (preferably Mutti).

4 tablespoons chicken stock

4 stalks oregano

2 bay leaves

salt and pepper

Reven parmesan

A little basil for decoration

Fry onion, pancetta and beetroot mixture in oil until slightly colored. Add tomatoes, fondant, oregano and bay leaves. Let it cook for about 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Pour off the boiling water and mix the pasta with the sauce. Garnish with a little basil and serve with grated parmesan.
