Salad from Myanmar is both exciting and healthy. It takes in elements from several of the countries around it. This is one of my favorite salads.
2 avocados in small cubes
2 tomatoes in small cubes
1 small, finely chopped red onion
5 tablespoons finely chopped peanuts
Everything except the peanuts is mixed in a bowl.
Dressings:
4 tablespoons peanut oil (peanut oil)
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 ts fivespicekrydder
The dressing is mixed and poured over. Sprinkle the peanuts over at the end.
