You can make this easy mango cream in two minutes. Only the freezing takes some time. The mango puree can be bought at Asian stores.
1 packet of mango puree
1 box sweetened, condensed milk
Stir the ingredients together and pour into the ice cream machine. If you do not have a machine, you can put the mixing bowl in the freezer and stir every half hour, until the ice cream is frozen. If you do not touch, you will get crystals.
