Brown sauce for meat

This sauce tastes good with most red meats, such as beef, pork and lamb. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.

1 tablespoon butter

1 finely chopped onion

1 pk shredded aroma mushroom

1 box of sour cream

1/3 ltr cream

1 tablespoon paprika spice

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sweet ketap

2 tablespoons fondant (either veal, beef, lamb or chicken, depending on what you are going to use the sauce for)

Salt and pepper

Brown mushrooms and onions in the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it cook to the right sauce consistency. Season with salt and pepper and possibly. more ketap manis if sweetness is needed.
