Halibut on the grill, with paprika sauce and mashed potatoes

Halibut is one of the best fish I know. Here I have seasoned it with salt and pepper, put on thin slices of lime, brushed with oil and put it on the grill for 2 minutes on each side. It is important that it does not lie on the grill for too long, because then it will be dry.
