Tuna as in Myanmar

The food from Myanmar is exciting and tasty. They mix flavors from several of the countries around them. Here I have made tuna with delicious flavors of Myanmar.

Marinade:

0.5 tsp turmeric

1 teaspoon chili powder

0.5 tsp cinnamon

0.5 teaspoon allspice

1 ts salt

3 tbsp oil

6 finely chopped shallots

2.5 cm ginger

2 cloves garlic, pressed

1 finely chopped, red chili

2,5 ts garam masala

The juice of 1 lime

Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add the tuna steaks and rub in the seasoning. Let the fish marinate from a few minutes and up to an hour and place them on the grill for a few minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Serve with a delicious salad from Myanmar.
