Chinese BBQ sauce

This sauce can be used in several ways, both as a marinade and if you add a little cornstarch and cook it, it can also be used as a sauce.

5 finely chopped garlic cloves

1 cm finely chopped fresh ginger

2,5 dl hoisin sauce

1,75 dl sherry wine

1.75 dl soy sauce

1.75 dl sugar

1⁄2 ts chinese 5-spicekrydder

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Set cold until used.
