Coarse and much healthier hamburger bread

If you want healthier burgers, try this recipe.

6 dl vann

1 pk tørrgjær

2 ts salt

2 ss olje

100 gram fin sammalt rug

380 gram fin sammalt hvete

500 gram hvetemel

Knead everything well together in a food processor. Adjust ev. with more water or flour. Let the dough rise in a warm place for a minimum of 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 20 equal parts. Shape each part round and fold them flat. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for at least 45 minutes under a cloth. Before frying, shower the burgers with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
