Tuna steak with mashed potatoes and gremolata

I am very fond of tuna. I can promise that the fresh one is something completely different than the one you can buy in a box. The fresh has an almost fleshy consistency and tastes lovely.

Calculate 200 - 250 g tuna per person. Season it with salt and pepper and fry it like a steak. It should be a little pink in the middle, so it holds that it is baked for 2 minutes on each side.

You can find the recipe for a mashed potato HERE . I have added a handful of finely chopped chives as well.

Gremolata:

1 finely chopped pot of dill

1 finely chopped pot of parsley

2 cloves garlic

1 small glass of capers

2 finely shredded spring onions

2 dl mangoed thick

1 dl lemon oil

1 dl olive oil

Everything is stirred well together and stands and rests at room temperature until the fish and mashed potatoes are ready.
