Cranberry sauce

This sauce is made from the delicious leftovers after e.g. fillet of game. It is important that the game has been fried in butter. The sauce is so quick to make, that you do it while the meat is resting.

2 teaspoons fungi mushroom sauce or soy sauce

4 tablespoons cranberries, stirred

1 teaspoon fresh thyme (possibly half as much dried)



Boil the frying pan with cream after you have fried venison steak in it (elk, deer, roe deer, etc.).

Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil and leave to infuse for 5-7 min. Season with salt and pepper.
