It is exciting to give fish new accessories. Here I have cooked it with a paprika sauce. I always salt and pepper the cod for at least 1 hour before it is to be heat treated. It makes me get a firmer result with more flavor. Here I have also seasoned with seafood & fish from Santa Maria, before I have put the cod on the grill for 2 minutes on each side.
The vegetables have been boiled in butter and steamed under a lid for a few minutes.
