This starter is nice when serving to many people, since it can be made completely ready in advance.
100 g smoked trout in tiny cubes
1/2 pack snow fresh
3/4 box sour cream
1 tablespoon grated horseradish (or from a tube)
The juice of 1/2 lemon
1 fist chopped dill
1 glass of red roe, preferably a little large.
Slices of smoked trout
Everything is mixed and seasoned with pepper. Place the trout mixture over a plate. Garnish with trout slices and dill. Serve with good bread or salty biscuits.
