BBQ pizza with chicken tastes a little different, as I use BBQ sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. I like to use Baby Ray's, but you can use any you like.
1 large pizza base
200 g fried, shredded chicken fillet
BBQ sauce
1 more box
1 red onion in thin slices
2 spring onions in fine strips
1 pk aroma mushroom or sliced mushroom
Grated cheese, preferably several varieties
100 g mozzarellaputer i biter
Make a pizza base in the usual way. Do not roll it thin, as in Italy, but it should be as they use it in the United States. You make it like this:
12 dl type 00 mel
4 tbsp olive oil
2 ts salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 bag of dry yeast
About. 5 dl lukewarm water
Mix all the ingredients and knead it well. Make sure that the dough is not too firm, but rather almost a little too wet (so that it can just be pressed out). Let it rise for a minimum of 1 hour. You can also make the dough with cold water the day before and let it rise slowly in the fridge. Roll it out and let it rise until double in thickness, before you add the filling and fry it.
Spread on BBQ sauce and add the rest of the ingredients, with the mozzarella and mushrooms on top. Bake at 200 degrees until golden.
