Grilled tuna with mashed potatoes and salsa

800 g tuna divided into 4 steaks

1/2 lemon

4 tablespoons sesame seeds

Salt and pepper

Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Keep the steaks upright and dip all sides in the sesame seeds. Bake them for 2 minutes on each side. Drizzle over lemon just before serving.

Tomatsalsa:

5 cluster tomatoes, the seeds taken out and divided into small cubes

1 finely chopped red onion

1 red pepper in small cubes

4 tbsp olive oil

salt and freshly ground pepper

The juice of 1 lime

1 handful of finely chopped coriander
