Matmuffins

They are delicious, juicy inside and crispy on the outside. In addition, they saturate well.

2 egg

150 g cottage cheese

100 g kesam

150 g oatmeal

100 g oatmeal

2 teaspoons bakingpowder

1/2 ts salt

100-150 g grated cheese

150-200 g ham in small cubes

4 spring onions in strips

1/2 ts oregano

Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese and kesam. Add baking powder, salt, oregano, oatmeal, oatmeal, cheese, ham and spring onion. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, before dividing it into 8-10 muffin tins.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until they have a golden nice color. Cool. The food muffins stay fresh for a couple of days in the fridge, and they taste best if they are warmed a little before serving. Can be frozen and thawed again later.
