This cold sauce tastes great with barbecue in the summer heat. It is suitable for both meat, shellfish and fish and can be made the day before if you are going to have guests.
1 box of sour cream
1 bag of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard with horseradish
1 handful of finely chopped parsley
1 handful of finely chopped mint
1 ts pepper
2 ts Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown sugar sauce
Stir everything together and set cold until it is to be used.
