300 g sugar
3 tablespoons water
3 dl whipped cream
125 g diced butter
0,5 ts maldonsalt
Pour sugar and water into a saucepan. Let the mixture boil without stirring. The mixture will only dry in as the water evaporates. Then the sugar will melt and become liquid and light brown. It takes 10-15 minutes.
Add the butter and stir so the butter melts. Take the pot off the plate.
Boil the cream in a saucepan and pour it little by little over the caramel. The caramel will start to boil, so pour in the cream a little at a time. Stir while the caramel is simmering for 5 min. Add salt, take the pot off the plate and let the caramel cool until the next day.
