Matchaterrin is a kind of pudding, with a taste of green tea. It is easy to make and stays in the fridge for several days.

100 g white chocolate

0.6 dl cream

10 g matchapulver

3 g maisenna

2 egg

30 g sugar

35 g butter


Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Add the cream, matcha powder and cornstarch.

Whisk the eggs together in a separate bowl. Whisk in the sugar. Strain the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Add the butter and mix well. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, covered with parchment paper. Put in the oven in a water bath at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
