Chocolate terrine

Chocolate terrine is reminiscent of chocolate pudding. It is powerful, so a little bit is enough per person.

200 g cooking chocolate

1 dl whipped cream

3 egg

30 g sugar

A little salt

80 g butter

30 g sugar

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the cream. Beat the eggs and add sugar. Strain the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Add salt, melted butter and flour and mix well. Pour into a loaf pan, covered with parchment paper. Put the mold in the oven in a water bath at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cool until the next day. Decorate with e.g. coulis and fresh berries.
