Cold herbal sauce for fish

This sauce, which is served cold, tastes extra good on hot summer days.

1 box of sour cream

The juice of 1/2 lime

1 handful of finely chopped mint

2 never finely chopped parsley leaves

1 finely chopped garlic clove

3 finely chopped spring onions

Salt and pepper

Mix everything into a fine mass with a hand mixer. Season with salt and pepper.
