Forest berry coulis is easy to make and stays in the fridge for several days.
400 g frozen wild berries
100 g sugar
1/2 dl water
The juice of 1/2 lime
Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 5 min. Squeeze the mixture through a sieve and cool.
