Orange dessert is a simple dessert served in North Africa and can be served with an ice ball, vanilla cone or some cream. The recipe is suitable for 4-6 people, depending on whether you have side dishes or not.
4 sweet oranges
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 dl almond shavings or chopped almonds
1 handful of raisins
Peel and slice the oranges, place them over portion plates or a dish and sprinkle on sugar, cinnamon, raisins and almonds.
