Crumble pie is a very practical dessert, when you have guests. You make it almost ready in the morning, take out ice cream and put the pie in the oven during dinner, then it is ready when the guests are there.
200 g butter
200 g mel
200 g sugar
It's simple, butter, flour and sugar are mixed together until it becomes crumbly. Place optional berries in the bottom of a casserole dish and sprinkle well with crumbs. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees until they bubble and are golden. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately, with ice cream and preferably a good dessert wine.
