An easy Italian cured dish is nice to put out if you have unexpected guests, or it's a little too long for dinner. All the ingredients, apart from the melon and strawberries, have a long shelf life and are something I like to keep in the fridge.
The baking dish consists of:
Sun-dried mini tomatoes
Basil leaves for garnish
I serve the food with Italian biscuits, simple, good and very good.
