The nice thing about this starter is that a lot can be prepared many hours in advance, so it is easy to serve to many guests.
100 g smoked trout in tiny cubes
1/2 pack snow fresh
3/4 box sour cream
1 tablespoon grated horseradish (or from a tube)
The juice of 1/2 lemon
1 fist chopped dill
Everything is mixed and seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar. We serve on a slate tile. First we put a grilled loaf slice. Then we put the trout cream with two slices of trout on top. Finally, we decorate with a little dill and a lemon boat.
