Tortilla chips au gratin are easy to make for many people, since you spread the tortillas out on the baking tray, put the filling on top, cheese on top and gratinate in the oven.
1 pk tortilla to taste. I have used with cheese and jalapeño
400 g chop dough
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 pk grated cheese
1 pk. taco seasoning, or use homemade
Fry chop dough, onion and garlic, mix in taco seasoning. Pour the bag of tortilla chips over a long pan, covered with baking paper. Spread the meat mixture over, sprinkle cheese on top. Gratinate in the oven at 225 degrees until the cheese is golden. Take it out before the chips get too brown.
