Greek salad:
1 red onion in rings
1 cucumber in cubes
2 diced tomatoes
200 g diced feta cheese
1/2 pot finely chopped fresh oregano
1.5 dl good sliced olives
Dressing:
1/2 dl good olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Mix the salad in a bowl. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, season with salt and pepper and pour it over the salad.
