Lamb chops taste good and can be cooked in many ways. My personal favorite is grilling them.
It's quick food to make. They can be smeared with a little olive oil, given a little salt and pepper and maybe a little garlic and rosemary. They are then grilled for 3-4 minutes on each side.
The accessories can be adapted to your own taste and what you have in the fridge, but what about corn on the cob and cream au gratin potatoes? They also taste good as part of a tapas meal, with a little lemon juice on top.
