Grill or roast fresh tuna steak

My grocery store has fresh tuna, almost every weekend and there has been a winner here in the house and it certainly does not taste like the one you get in a can. It can be varied in many ways and served with accessories from most countries. It is also easy to prepare.

The tuna is cut into suitable steak pieces, seasoned with whatever you feel like and fried or grilled for 2 min. on each side and then it is ready to serve.

The variant in the picture is spiced with salt and pepper and in addition it has been sprinkled with sesame seeds. After frying, it has been given a little lime juice and a sprinkle of herbs. Nam !!!
