8 mini carrots
3 parsley roots in sticks
6 shallots (divided into two if they are large)
1 pk sliced aroma mushrooms (possibly mushroom)
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Put the vegetables in a grill tray and pour over oil, honey, salt and pepper. Put the ground on the grill and close the grill. Open after a few minutes and turn the vegetables, before grilling further. The vegetables should have some chewing resistance now that they are done. Squeeze over lemon and extra honey just before serving.
You can ev. put the ground in the oven at 200 degrees. It will be almost as good.
