White chocolate terrine

This dessert is quite powerful and every person does not need that big piece.

200 g white cooking chocolate

1 dl whipped cream

3 egg

30 g sugar

A little salt

80 g butter

30 g mel

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the cream. Beat the eggs and add sugar. Strain the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Add salt, melted butter and flour and mix well. Pour into a loaf pan, covered with parchment paper. Put the mold in the oven in a water bath at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cool until the next day. Decorate with e.g. edible flowers, berry coulis and fresh berries.
