Salmon teriyaki is a quick, tasty dish, which is popular at home. The fish can be replaced by other fish, or chicken or other meat, but I highly recommend trying it with salmon.
1 pk rice noodles
2 shredded onions
1 pk sliced mushroom (preferably shiitake)
3 dl teriyakisaus
2 tablespoons liquid honey
6 finely chopped garlic cloves
4 ss sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
600 g salmon fillet in cubes
2 shredded peppers
Fry onions and mushrooms in a wok or large frying pan. Add teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, liquid honey, garlic, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Let it cook for a few minutes. Add salmon, paprika (preferably in different colors), put on the lid and simmer until the salmon is cooked through. NB! Do not stir after the fish has been put in, as it will break quickly.
The rice noodles are prepared according to the instructions on the package.
Place the noodles on the plate and pour the salmon sauce over. Garnish with a little coriander and sesame seeds.
