Salmon burger

800 g fresh salmon fillet

4 cloves garlic

1 red chili, finely chopped

1 large onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 egg

the juice of 1/2 lime

a good handful of fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

salt and pepper

Cut the salmon into small pieces and mix it with finely chopped garlic, chili, nutmeg, onion, parsley, eggs, lime and soy sauce in a food processor. Run the mixture to a smooth mass. Add salt and pepper. Fry in the pan, it is advisable to use a "frying ring".
