Lemon curd is a delicious English lemon cream, which can be used in an infinite number of ways, e.g. in cakes and yeast baking. I even know someone who uses it on the slice of bread. It stays in the fridge for a long time.
For this dessert, fresh berries are used, e.g. strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
