This apple cake is juicy and has a good taste of cinnamon.
150 gr mel
150 gr sugar
150 gr butter
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Mix it dry in a bowl. Whisk the eggs lightly together, melt the butter and stir everything. Distribute the mixture in a greased, fireproof cake tin.
2 apples
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and mix well. Spread the apples over the cake batter and bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes. Check with a skewer that the mixture is cooked through. Sprinkle with a little granulated sugar as a garnish.
