The apples are hanging ripe on the trees now. What could be better than bringing someone in and making a delicious, juicy apple cake. This is convenient and tastes very good.
175 g butter
200 g sugar
3 egg
200 g of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
7 apples
Cinnamon
Almond slices
Perlesukker
Butter and sugar are stirred white. Add eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and stir well.
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a well-greased springform pan. Peel apples, cut them into cubes and put them in the mold. Sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins, almond slices and powdered sugar. Place the rest of the mixture in blobs. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Check with a stick if the cake is done. Serve it lukewarm, with ice cream, whipped cream or vanilla cream.
